Jacqueline Herbach
Jacqueline Herbach wrote her first play at the age of ten. She based it on her favorite Disney animated film, "Cinderella." She changed the title to "Cinderolla" and set the action at a 1970 commune. She also cast herself as the evil stepmother, and used Charles Manson for her character study. Since then Jacqueline has played such notable roles as Gertrude in Hamlet, Natasha in Three Sisters, and Shelly in Buried Child. As a playwright, she has had various readings and productions at Ensemble Studio Theatre. She is also a contributing writer at Massage Therapy Journal, a trade journal for massage therapists.
